For the first time, on Oct.13, the Missouri Growth Association, St. Louis REALTORS®, St. Louis Commercial REALTORS®, and ULI St. Louis partnered with the St. Louis Chapters of DBIA, CCIM, SIOR, and CREW to spark a high-energy dialogue on shaping a sustainable and equitable future for our city.

From bold plans for downtown revitalization to innovative strategies for inclusive growth, leaders shared actionable ideas and fresh perspectives that inspired everyone in the room. The collaboration highlighted one clear message—St. Louis is ready to build a stronger, more vibrant future together.

Honoring the Businesses Powering St. Louis Forward

On Oct. 3, St. Louis REALTORS® joined city leaders for the 2025 Mayor’s Celebration of Businesses, hosted by the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC).

Mayor Cara Spencer and SLDC interim president Otis Williams celebrated companies driving progress and resilience across St. Louis—highlighting major milestones like the $1.75B NGA headquarters opening, the return of the North City Grants Program, and new non-stop flights to London.

More than 20 local businesses were honored, including Sugarwitch, a Good Neighbor Award winner and STL Partnership Business Finance client.
