MSSNY and NYCMS are your voice in Albany—fighting for physicians, patients, and the care they deserve. Prior authorization delays are putting up harmful roadblocks to timely treatment, increasing stress for patients, and placing an unsustainable administrative burden on your practice.

Survey: Help Fight Prior Authorization Delays

MSSNY and NYCMS are gathering physician stories to confront abusive auditing practices by insurers.

If you have been subjected to arbitrary six-year lookbacks, recoupments based on audits of 20 charts or fewer, or aggressive audits conducted by commercial or managed Medicaid insurers, your experience is critical to our advocacy efforts.

MSSNY and NYCMS are sharing these stories with key regulatory officials and legislators to demand action—both to curb these abusive tactics and to advocate for new laws to protect physicians.
