The 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule is now available
Here’s how to obtain it from the NGS website:
Click on: Fee Schedule Lookup - NGSMEDICARE
Select a fee schedule: (Choose: ) Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Pricing
Result Type: (Choose: ) Full Fee Schedule
(Note: Another time, when you want the fee for just one procedure, you can choose “Specific To Fee Code”)
Date of Service: (For the full fee schedule, use the calendar and choose a date near the beginning of the year – e.g., January 2, 2025)
Region: (Choose: ) New York Area 01 (This is very important!)
(Click on) Search
Choose: (An Excel file or a CSV file)
Download: (rectangle appears in upper right corner – click on “Open File”)
