Catholic Virtue Baseball this Summer!
Be part of this winning team!
For the past eight years, a growing group of Catholic boys from throughout the greater Milwaukee area has played baseball together as part of the Hartland-based Lake Country Youth Baseball recreational program. The teams are led by Catholic fathers who work with other available dads to teach the fundamentals of the game, develop character, cultivate strong friendships, instill Catholic virtues and build winning teams. Teams are available for boys currently in K4/K5 (T-ball), 1st/2nd grade (coach-pitch), 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th grade (all player-pitch). Previous playing experience is not required. We are forming Catholic teams in advance to facilitate registration with the league. For more information or to reserve a spot on a Catholic Virtue team, please email  catholicvirtuebaseball@gmail.com   with your name, contact information and the names and grade levels of your children to be registered. Or call Tim Gibbons at (262) 510-3086 for more information. Responses requested by February 1.
February 4, 2019
From the Desk of Ellen Knippel, Principal

Dear Parents,
Happy February! It was SO nice to see the students back on Friday! I heard many comments about being "glad to be back!" and "disappointed to miss out on Catholic School's Week". We are planning on rescheduling our speaker on vocations and Teacher Trivia will continue this week. Thanks to everyone who donated pajamas for Joy house. We will continue to accept donations all this week. We are off to an amazing start with our collection! The women's and children's shelter will greatly appreciate these new and gently used pj's!

Report cards came home on Friday (hopefully you received it). We also sent home conference times, MAP test results (K5-8), and a volunteer survey. We ask that all families please complete and return the survey regarding 2nd quarter volunteer hours. We wholeheartedly appreciate the MANY hours that you volunteer for our school. If you haven't yet had time to volunteer in any way, please consider doing so in the months to come! Conference times were scheduled as close as possible to your requested time. We thank you for your flexibility!

HELP!  Are you available to take a shift for playground duty?  We are in desperate need of help in that area.  Please see the sign-up below and lend a hand when you are able.  Your children and your staff THANK YOU!

Blessings!
Mrs. Ellen Knippel
