"Rep. Carruthers honored for her work supporting developmentally disabled"

Ohio Rep Sarah Carruthers (R - Hamilton) was honored with the legislator of the year award at the OACB Annual Convention. Our own Lisa Guliano presented the honor calling Carruthers "a champion for the developmental disabilities community."

Carruthers was honored with the Legislative Advocacy Recognition at our Community Recognition Event in September for her same work in advocating for wage increases for DSPs.
