The third annual Southern California Men of Color Conference is set to take place this October. LASC's Associated Students Organization goal is to recruit young men of color to the workshops who are attending a community college and empower them to vote, use their voice, and make a difference in their communities. In spring 2020, the President's Office established a short-term Presidential Task Force to refresh the college's  logo. LASC's Lakin Center will serve as an in-person voting center from October 24 to November 3 for the upcoming General Election. Voters will be able to cast their ballots in-person or drop-off their mail-in ballots from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. October 24 to November 2 and from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day, November 3.
