The Art of Neighboring: Week 3: The Fear Factor - Anyone ever feel a bit nervous or uncomfortable when starting a new friendship? Good news, you aren’t alone! Jesus never told us we would be comfortable when we follow him, but he did tell us to love our neighbor.

Thrive Celebration Sunday
Join us on Sunday, October 27, after the 10:30 service as we celebrate our Thrive Campaign. We will have a catered meal and be treated to a concert by Cameron Floyd! We hope you will join us. Click  HERE  to RSVP with the number in your family, including yourself, by Monday, October 21.
Annual Charge Conference
Our annual Charge Conference is scheduled for Sunday, November 3 immediately following the 10:30 service. All are invited to attend.
Children's Ministry News
  • Children’s Fall Programming (Sunday Mornings) Our 9:30 a.m. Sunday School classes welcome children ages 3 years old through 5th grade. At 10:30 a.m., Wiggle Worship classes are offered to children ages 4 years old through 4th grade. During this time our 5th grade students will remain in the worship center with their families. Parents, if you are interested in materials for your child during the worship service, please feel free to contact pam@huntersvilleumc.org for suggestions!
  • Children's Choirs begin Sunday, October 20 during Wiggle Worship (K-5th grade).
  • Save the date! Trick-or-Treat at HUMC on Sunday, October 27.
