Dear St. Francis of Assisi School Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for conferences and a week with our families for Thanksgiving, the energy and excitement on campus is contagious.  I am filled with gratitude as we finish our first Trimester together! Our teachers have prepared diligently for your conferences.  They are truly excited to spend time with you discussing plans for your student's success and sharing the good work your children have produced throughout this trimester.  It gives me great pride to see the breadth and depth of work produced by our students. I am thankful to work among such professional, faith-filled and dedicated staff.

I am thankful for our students who have risen to the challenges set before them this year.  They demonstrate our school motto - prayer, peace and perseverance, daily in the classroom and on the playground.  They have embraced the growth mindset and we see them tackling challenges and trusting the journey of "I haven't learned this YET."

We, the faculty, staff, and administration, would like to take this opportunity to thank you our parent partners in education, for your continued commitment and support.  Your time, talent and treasure allow us to have the resources needed to provide an exceptional education for your children. Your homes are witness to us of the domestic church, sharing God's love in this St. Francis community.

"We give thanks to God always for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers."  1 Thessalonians 1:2 My prayers are with you and your families as you enjoy a meal of celebration and gratitude for all of the blessings we have received, for the gift of freedom we have in our country, and the sacrifices of those who serve to protect these freedoms for us all.  Happy Thanksgiving!

An abundance of blessings,

Jeannette Lambert
