Dear Parents and Guardians of St. Francis of Assisi School,

"A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work." - Colin Powell

We are more than halfway through Catholic Schools Week and what a celebration it has been!  Open House was a big success highlighting the great work happening in our classrooms campus wide.  New families joined us for tours led by our students, alumni, and volunteer parent guides. My joys for this week have been seeing so many parents and grandparents visiting our campus either for breakfast on Tuesday or family lunch today.  At the heart of our work is our family.

Families share meals together.  Dinner tables invite conversation.  A warm meal with loved ones opens hearts.  My heart is grateful that parents continue to inquire about the Dare to Dream event tomorrow night.  This is my invitation to our families to come to the table, enjoy some appetizing treats, share a beverage, and bring an open heart to discuss how we will move forward with growing our school campus.  I believe this St. Francis of Assisi School is your children's educational home and where our heart beats the strongest is our Fr. Seamus Glynn Center, where we gather for all occasions.

Fifteen years ago, I had the opportunity to visit Assisi on the feast day of St. Francis.  This is a rural town located in the hills of Umbria. When I visited, I imagined families gathering in their backyards at table, enjoying rustic italian fare prepared from the surrounding farmland.  My dream for tomorrow night is to bring the rustic feel of Assisi to our campus. That under the stars, we may relax together, allow ourselves to create a vision, and begin to plan for the dreams of our children.  Please know that all adults are welcome to attend from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Non vedo l'ora di vederti domani.

Re-Enrollment/Registration for 2020 - 2021 School Year
Re-enrollment (Registration) information has been sent home via email to all current Preschool - 7th Grade Families. The new process is going very smooth and we are happy to report many families have reenrolled prior to the deadline!   Online re-enrollment is open until January 31, 2020 at midnight. A $75 "Hold Fee" is due at time of re-enrollment, payable online, to hold your child's spot for the 2020/2021 School Year. The balance of the enrollment fee ($400) will be due either by check or credit card no later than March 10, 2020 or otherwise will be rolled into your FACTS Payment Plan. Those not confirmed with the $75 "Hold Fee" by the January 31 deadline may be subject to loss of continuing enrollment for the 2020/2021 school year.  2020/2021 Tuition and Fees will be announced mid-February.
Sibling Applications
We are extending the original deadline of January 17th for all current families wishing to enroll a sibling (a student not currently attending St. Francis School) to this Friday, January 24, 2020 at Noon.
