This month's virtues are Respect and Responsibility. Respect is treating others politely and kindly, with high regard. Responsibility is doing your part for the groups that make us whole.
Thank You for Attending Back to School Night!
We were so thrilled to see so many of you at last week's Back to School Night event. Our teachers are excited to spend the school year getting to know you and your children better. We look forward to more in-person events to showcase our talented students and faculty!
This year our school-wide art collaboration focused on a variety of artists (past and present) using the symbol of a feather. Artists were chosen because of their wonderful connections to art, poetry, culture, science, math, and beyond.
Last week, eighth grader Aleksandra's artistic response to George Orwell's Animal Farm was featured on the Young Writers Project website. Throughout the school year, many students will submit their literary responses to the Young Writer's Project effort. Stay tuned for more publications!
Share About Crossroads!
Adults interested in Crossroads for their family are invited to attend one of our fall open house events. We encourage you to share this event with any friends or family who may wish to learn more about our academic program and our talented faculty and staff! We are offering two events on Thursday, October 13. One from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. and another from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. There will also be a virtual Zoom event on Thursday, October 20 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Please share this RSVP link with anyone who may be interested, or direct them to contact admission@crossroadsacademy.org to set up a visit for another time.
