On July 1, the Pewaukee Farmers Market drew 243 shoppers despite “extreme heat” conditions! Our devoted volunteers, vendors and shoppers were blessed with a light breeze and access to air conditioning inside the church building as temps reached 95 degrees.
July 1 Highlights included:

The debut of a first-time vendor, In Bloom Bakery.
- Scouting America Troop 87 serving brats, hotdogs & sweet treats for a nominal fee.
- Versiti Blood Center blood drive donations.

- Pick-up some freshly baked Sourdough Bread

Joshua Phinn will be bringing the Jimmy Buffett throw down to the market. Bring a chair & stay a while!

Registration for 2026 Outreach for Hope Ride Run Walk (RRW)
and Picnic is now open!
Outreach for Hope's annual Ride Run Walk (and Picnic) will be on Saturday, September 26. Team Galilee will be supporting the Waukesha County event that launches from the E.B. Shurts Building at Fox River Sanctuary in Waukesha.

Bible & Text Study @ Galilee
Weekly Wednesday Text Study meets in the upper level gathering place at 9:30 am. A separate email with a link for a Zoom option to join, along with the weekly readings, will be sent on Monday mornings.
Men's Bible Study meets the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month in the lower Fellowship Hall. For more info contact Bill Braunschweig or Bill Rudolph.
Women's Bible Study meets the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month) in the upper level Narthex. For more information contact Pam Graham.
Read the Bible in A Year Monthly Gathering meets Tuesday, July 28 @ 6:30 pm. Although we are not all in the same place in the readings, we always have great conversation! It's never too late to jump in!

Registration is OPEN for Lutherdale Day Camp at Galilee
Galilee will again host day camp in partnership with Lutherdale Bible Camp. We will welcome counselors from Lutherdale from July 20-23 (9am-3pm) to lead programming.
Everyone interested in helping is encouraged to send an email to the church office or contact Pastor Amanda.

Raising Faithful Kids Devotions
The Raising Faithful Kids project at Galilee is entering its third phase this month, as we begin our series of weekly text-based devotions.
These are great for all ages, and a sample was included in the June newsletter so you can see what they will look like. If you are interested in receiving these devotions, please text "Add me to the RFK list" to Pastor Amanda's cell at 563-321-7336.

Church Office - Job Opening
Galilee has an opening for part-time office coordinator. The position provides coordination and organization for the operations of the church office, which supports and strengthens the overall ministry. The Office Coordinator is the hub for communication between leaders and members of the congregation, and with the community beyond our doors. They will maintain church records and statistics, provide reports and information, and manage the daily running of the office in partnership with the Pastor. They are a vital part of the staff team in carrying out the mission of the congregation.
