Pewaukee Farmers Market News

It was a great day on Wednesday at the Pewaukee Farmers Market! We had 382 visitors joined us for another beautiful and day!

• We were excited to welcome WTMJ4 meteorologist Lindsey Slater and photojournalist Manny, who broadcast live from the market during the 4, 5, and 6 p.m. newscasts
• Corn fever continues! Petzold Farms and Chang & Xiong brought plenty of fresh corn and produce, with additional produce and flowers from Mai Lee.
• Shoppers enjoyed baked goods, handcrafted items, apparel and jewelry, refreshing drinks and treats, and the Troop 87 brat fry.
• Thank you to Guys with Guitars for providing music from the ’60s through the ’80s, and thank you to Joyful Batch for being part of the market this season!
• Coming August 19: More fresh corn and produce, the return of Three Bears Farm and the Optimist Club, bubble tea and matcha lattes from Boba Blush, and other favorite vendors. It will also be your last change to get a brat or hot dog from Troop 87 at the market for the season.
• Common Ground will provide live music featuring favorites from John Denver, Cat Stevens, the Beatles, and more.

Offering Envelopes

Please respond whether or not you wish to continue to receive envelopes by September 8. All envelopes are automatically mailed to your home. There are paper responses to fill out in the narthex, or you can email galilee@galileelc.org to let us know if you wish to continue receiving envelopes.

September Galilean Deadline

The deadline for content to be included in the September edition of the Galilean is Thursday, August 20. Please send anything you would like included to galilee@galileelc.org by that date.

El Salvador Delegation Survey

This winter Galilee Lutheran and others from the Greater Milwaukee Synod will send a delegation to El Salvador in January. As we look forward to this and future visits, we would like to learn more about who may be interested in participating or staying connected.
