Celebrating Leadership as We Close Women's History Month
Our CFO and COO. Our Vice Presidents of Health & Wellness, and Development & Communications. The LMM Directors of Guardianship Services, Advocacy and Human Resources.

All are women!

As we bring Women’s History Month to a close, it is a wonderful time to pause and celebrate that LMM’s senior leadership team includes a strong show of amazing women.

More than 60% of LMM’s Planning Team, the organization’s C-Suite, Vice Presidents and Senior Directors are women. They are financial gurus. Operational experts. Outstanding practitioners and effective advocates.

They are determined agents of social change and lead with a commitment to professional excellence, personal conviction and compassion for the most vulnerable members of our community. The women of LMM understand that not only do we have to be the change we want to see in our community, we also have to set the standard for women advancing women in the workplace, in the classroom and in circles of influence all across our country.

We send a strong SALUTE to the Women in Leadership at LMM, who work tirelessly to advance our mission!
