VA Provides Housing & Shelter with Grant
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has provided $1.25 million in funding to support LMM in building private dorms for veterans staying at the Men's Shelter at 2100 Lakeside! This funding will enhance the Veteran's Community at the shelter by adding small rooms with private bathrooms, as well as helping to reduce the spread of infectious disease in the future.

Stay tuned for more information to come on these efforts.
Remember our Fallen
LMM would like to acknowledge the 13 members of the U.S. military who were killed in the suicide bomb attack at the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan last week. Among the deceased is Ohio native Max Soviak, a soldier in the U.S. Navy from the Sandusky area.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Soviak Family, and all of the soldiers still serving in the Middle East.
