Shelter volunteers from the National Association of Health Services Executives

During the holiday season and cold winter months, the Men's Shelter at 2100 Lakeside is a place of refuge and support, serving up to 400 men per night with a place to sleep, meals, and support services to find housing and employment.

Keep on Truckin' with Metro45!

“The smiles. The success. It’s real. You see something that actually happens.” - Scott Teaman, LMM Executive Chef

The Metro45 food truck is a social enterprise on wheels that provides people experiencing barriers to employment with job readiness and workforce experience.

Whether they are catering an event or providing meals to local shelters, all of the revenue earned through Metro45 and the food truck is put right back into LMM Workforce Development to further the program's mission of breaking down barriers to employment.
