The single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine has been temporarily paused "out of an abundance of caution" after six reported cases of blood clots across the United States.

Ohio's mass vaccination clinics, which had been distributing the Johnson & Johnson shot, have shifted to providing Pfizer or Moderna vaccines during the J&J pause.
