- Children are always welcome in worship! If needed, Nursery care is available during our 10:30 a.m. service.
- All children under 10 are welcome to come up for a short children’s sermon, followed by Children’s Chapel in the Parish Hall.
- We will celebrate God’s love through music and a brief activity before rejoining our families to take part in the Eucharist.
- Children’s Chapel is for ages 4 to 10; ages 3 and under are welcome, however, to attend Children’s Chapel with a guardian.

Looking to learn more about St. James'? Fr. Chad will be hosting a Membership 101 information session on May 21 at 11:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall, where you will learn about the first steps in becoming a member of St. James’. Learn more about the history, values, and mission of St. James’, and what it means to be a member. You can also learn more about our active ministries and ways for you to get involved. The Women's Ministry Day of Retreat
Saturday, May 20 | 8:30 a.m. | Parish Hall
The Women's Ministry Day of Recollection Retreat is coming up on May 20th. This Day of Recollection will be led by Rev. Dr. Linda Kapurch. The topic will be Discernment: What's God Calling Me To Do? We will meet from 8:30 to 3:00 in the Parish Hall. Please register online, or call the Parish Office (703-777-1124) and indicate your lunch preference. Everyone is welcome. Donations FOR CHILDREN’S SAKE of Virginia
The Girl Scout troop 70088 will be collecting items for foster children in Northern Virginia through Sunday, May 21. Please drop off bags, toiletries, art supplies, games, toys, books, socks, hats, and stuff animals in the designated bin located in the Narthex. All donations will go to the “For Children’s Sake of Virginia” organization.

Summer Camps at St. St. James' Pre-School
This June & July we are offering fun and educational summer camps for little ones 2 ½ - 5 years-old. Camp themes are: Sensory Art & Science (3 ½ -5); Music Fun (3 1/2-5 y.o.); Aloha (2 ½ - 5 y.o.); Young Scientists (4-5 y.o.); Dinosaur Adventure (3-3.5 y.o.); A Week at the Beach (3 ½ -5 y.o.); Kids in the Kitchen (4-5 y.o.).
