Members - Register for your Free Advertisement
in the Caledonian Record!
The Chamber has been offered an opportunity to promote its members through a 6-week advertising campaign with the Caledonian Record in partnership with Casella Waste Systems. This opportunity is FREE to the first 210 Chamber members who sign up via the form below.

The Caledonian Record will run a full page “Always Essential” themed advertisement featuring 35 different businesses each week via a business card sized text ad. The ad series will run every Saturday for 6 weeks beginning Saturday, May 23rd. The feature (which will look similar to the sample ad below, will give businesses an opportunity to feature new hours, updates, or a “see you soon” message, along with contact information. This special opportunity will also be visible in the digital version of the Caledonian Record.

It’s easy! Simply, sign up at the link below. Each week 35 businesses will be featured. You’ll receive an email before your add is featured so you’ll know it’s coming. Once again this opportunity is FREE to Chamber members but limited to 210 advertising spots.

Ad submissions are included on a first come, first served basis.

NCIC has grant funding available through a partnership with USDA Rural Business Development.
 
Eligibility Requirements:  For-profit businesses with 50 or fewer employees and gross annual sales under $1 million. Must be located in Caledonia, Essex, or Orleans County Vermont or Carroll, Coos or Grafton County New Hampshire.
 
Amount:  Grant portion up to $5,000 per full time-equivalent employee
 
Match Requirement   20% Match.  Thanks to a generous donation from NEK Prosper! these services are being offered at a discounted rate (participating business match requirement reduced to 20% for your business)
 
Purpose:  To hire professional consultants for one or more services, including but not limited to;
 
·        Business Coaching  (business planning; strategic planning; product/service pricing; staffing considerations; creating efficiencies; exploring potential risks/rewards; altering business to meet the needs of today’s consumers)
 
·        Financial Check-Ups  (cash flow projections; Quickbooks assistance; analysis of business’s ability to take on debt)
 
·        Business Evaluation.  The purchase or sale of a business, new or expanded facilities, technology investments, or purchase of equipment
