New Member Spotlight: Melissa Winterhalter, MD

HCGC Announcement

CMA affiliate Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC) has a long history of coaching practices toward improvement and wanted to share this newest CMS transformation activity with CMA members.

Beginning with coaching physician practices to become patient centered medical homes, to now working with 160 Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) practice sites around Ohio, HCGC is an established leader in quality improvement and transformation in Central Ohio and hopes this kind of value based payment opportunity is helpful to physicians in the Columbus region
