Please take a moment to honor your local emergency medical service (EMS) providers by thanking them for caring for our communities. First responder leaders have been at the collaborative table since the inception of the Central Ohio Trauma System (COTS) and remain valued partners in improving outcomes.

The National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) President, Chief Bruce Evans, said it best “Throughout the pandemic, EMS has been on the frontlines, caring for the sickest COVID-19 patients, while also staffing COVID-19 testing and vaccine clinics. EMS Week is a chance for communities to come together and express their gratitude for EMS practitioners."

This past Tuesday, some members of our Women in Medicine Community met up for an evening hike through Kiwanis Riverway Park. What is the “CMA Loop”?

The CMA Loop is an online community created specifically for CMA physician members. The value of this community is how it provides a virtual venue in which physicians from all systems, all specialties, and all practice settings can interact and engage. To read, write or reply to a post in the CMA Loop, you must be a member and log in with your member credentials (provided when you join the CMA). 

Anything posted in the CMA Loop will be sent to members via email from “Columbus Medical Association – CMA Loop”. You can reply via your email or log in to our website to respond.
