“You will have terrible days while you’re in training and when you’re working. You have a front seat in the theater of human drama. [Hobbies] will help you remember that you are a multifaceted person, that you are not your job.”
- Maria Yang, MD
At the Columbus Medical Association, we know how important it is for physicians to cultivate hobbies and community outside of work. So, as an additional benefit of CMA membership, we have various community groups available for our physicians to join. This week we are focusing on our Culinary Medicine community that aims to develop and provide nourishment for the body and the soul.
In this group, physicians cook together, share recipes, patient nutrition information materials, nutrition research, learn about gardening, and so much more. See below to learn more or click the button below to join today!
If you want to get even more involved, consider joining the Culinary Medicine Community Committee. Email Lynn to learn more.
