Preparing for the Worst, to Keep Franklin County Safe

Come join our team of passionate Physicians as we spread this exceptional care model to our community’s seniors! Small patient panels (of no more than 450) allow us to spend well over 5x as much time with our patients per year than usual PCP schedules allow. With wrap around services, on site pharmacy dispensary, and door to doctor transportation, we bring concierge-style medicine to our community’s most vulnerable seniors.
