Between Services

Can you believe it's March already? Spring is around the corner.

Celebrate tomorrow with fellow parishioners and friends by attending our monthly First Sunday Breakfast in the undercroft.

Enjoy eggs and pancakes with bacon and sausage, cooked up by the men of the Church.

For our directory

Gary Zumwalt will have his fancy camera with him this Sunday to take (or retake) your picture for our church directory.

Please find Gary if you have not yet had your picture taken or if you would like a redo of your previous photo.

Installed yesterday

The sodium vapor lights that lighted our parking lot for many years have been replaced with new, brighter LED floodlights.

Known for their amber light and long warm-up time (usually around 15-20 minutes), the sodium vapor lights were at the end of their lifespan. The replacement LED lights are instantly at full output when turned on.

We're sure you will notice the difference in light and color immediately when you are at church during evening hours.

At Episcopal Church of the Resurrection

The next Blue Springs Ecumenical Service for Lent is at our own Church of the Resurrection on Wednesday, March 4.

A meal will be served beginning at 5:30 pm followed by a worship service at 6:40 pm.

Please sign-up in the Narthex to bring a dessert.

Wednesdays at 1:00 pm: Bible Study

Thursdays at 6:00 pm: Adult Ed - Reading C.S. Lewis' “The Screwtape Letters” (participate by Zoom)
