Men's Breakfast moved to next Tuesday

Bring your appetite!

Please join fellow parishioners for the first monthly men's breakfast to be held next Tuesday, February 25, beginning at 7:00 am at the Royal Biscuit, 1426 U.S. Hwy 40, Blue Springs. This event was moved due to inclement weather this week.

For long-time residents of Blue Springs, the Royal Biscuit is where Betty's was for many years. They offer a 20% discount on Tuesdays for senior citizens and military.

If you have any questions, call Gary Zumwalt 816-517-8941.

As we leave the season of Epiphany, we prepare for the season of Lent!

We will celebrate all that is sweet with our annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, March 4.

Ash Wednesday Services

Wednesday, March 5

12:00 Noon and 7:00 pm

Imposition of Ashes and Reconciliation

Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent, named for the custom of placing blessed ashes on the foreheads of worshipers at Ash Wednesday services. The ashes are a sign of penitence and a reminder of mortality. They are imposed with the sign of the cross.
