Horton Center Welcomes 2021 with Open Arms and Great Hopes for the Summer!
I think we are all ready to put 2020 behind us and get started on a new, safe, and healthy year. We are planning to be in person at camp this year and praying we'll be seeing COVID19 receding in the rear-view mirror by summertime!

Those in the camping world in New Hampshire are expecting to see the rollout in late January or early February, of new guidelines for camps to open in person in 2021. While we are sure it will look different than usual, we are confident that the important things that we do and learn and experience at Horton Center will still be at the center of our time on the mountain. Things like building sacred community, making new friends, having fun outdoors, meaningful worship on Chapel Rock, and taking safe risks in a loving accepting group of peers and fantastic adult volunteers!

Remember registration is open now and you can check out our offerings at HortonCenter.org and sign up as soon as you're ready!

We have a great lineup of fun, exciting, and intriguing camp sessions for all your beloved campers and even a few for adults!

Our Deans are in place and we are finishing up hiring the summer staff! We are looking forward to beginning training next month to be ready for the summer. Thank you Zoom!

We cannot wait to see you on Pine Mountain this summer!

As always you can call (603-545-9660) or email Tim (thughes@nhcucc.org) with any questions. Have a safe and healthy start to 2021!

Peace,

Tivvi Paré - Assistant Director/Summer Director

Please Remember in Your Prayers...
In a week in which happenings in our country have shocked and dismayed us, we offer prayers for those who have lost their lives or been harmed as well as their loved ones, for justice to triumph over power, and for truth and love to be restored as the foundation of our civil discourse and decision-making.

O God, in your tender mercy,
Hear our prayers!
