Because Lutherans love a group photo. The Third Thursday Senior Social Club is getting quite good at them! During their Christmas in September event this month we got our first group shot on the newly refurbished stage. Yet another thing that makes gathering in the Fellowship Hall a joy. In December the group (and you, too!) can try again on their bus trip to tour the San Antonio missions. Details coming soon. We are better together.
Get ready for a TLU Take-Over during worship this Sunday! We are thrilled to have students and faculty from TLU Campus Ministries not only join us for worship, but also take the reins. Many, many Texas Lutheran University students have made Emanuel's their home away from home over the years. This Sunday is a marvelous way for us all to meet and greet one another. Stay for cake following service and introduce yourselves! It's going to be a fabulous morning.

Please bring a side dish to complement the feast. Sign-up sheets are in the Narthex for sides to bring as well as volunteers for set up on Saturday and Sunday prior to supper, serving food and beverages, and clean up following. Can’t wait spend this special day with you!
