Because Lutherans love their neighbors: we participate in a multitude of activities to keep everyone safe and healthy. Look what's been donated on this January day for the Christian Cupboard in the baskets at the Mountain Street entrance to Emanuel's. Big "THANK YOU!" to our volunteers who collect the items from these baskets and the shelves in the narthex each week, to the folk who support this ministry, and to everyone who goes above and beyond to make sure people in our community are safe and well cared for. We are better together.

Both vaccinated and unvaccinated persons are to wear masks, covering noses and mouths, while on the church campus in response to rising Covid-19 infections. This includes moving through the hallways, elevator, while in the office, etc. Please continue to maintain 6-foot distancing practices. These guidelines apply to all ministry groups, rentals, tenants, staff, congregants, and visitors until further notice. Thank you for continuing to protect our neighbors. We are better together.

The tree is down, the ornaments put away, the colored lights gone. However, the Spirit of Christmas remains with us. We do move on as we must, but the gift moves on with us if we use it and remember the giver. Just as the Child grew, so will we as we follow His story and live our lives in Him during the Season of Epiphany.
