Our 8th graders took their end-of-year field trip to Washington, DC and enjoyed a jam-packed day. Students and chaperones attended Mass and tour at Saint Matthew's Cathedral. They visited the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Smithsonian Museums (Natural History, American History, AND Air and Space) and also had the opportunity to visit Arlington National Cemetery. Great trip, great memories.
The Student/Faculty kick ball game was a HUGE success! Both teams were virtuously competitive providing plenty of excitement and nail biting moments.
In the end, the faculty prevailed for the WIN!
