St. Stephen Triple Cream
from Four Fat Fowl Artisan Creamery in Stephentown, NY
Our first cheese is a beautiful, hand-crafted triple cream that bursts with buttery and milky overtones. A smooth, silky interior made from jersey cow’s milk and fresh jersey cream creates the perfect texture, while our soft, bloomy rind adds an earthy flavor with nutty undertones.
St. Stephen will leave you wanting more to share with a friend and a glass of bubbly. This classic cheese works any time of day – spread it on your toast for breakfast, serve it as an appetizer before dinner or dress it up with some honey or berries for a fancy dessert.

2016 Serge LaLoue Sancerre
Loire Valley, France
Grape Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blance
Designation: Lutte raisonnée and Organic practices
Notes: Light straw color in the glass. Pleasant white flowers and citrus on the nose. The palate is bright, fresh and intense with lemon, pineapple and fresh herbs, like thyme, driven by the wet stone minerality and cleansing acidity. Pairs well with seafood and fresh goat cheese.
Drink if you enjoy: Zesty, light bodied white wines that are high with mineral notes. A true-to-style Sancerre from the Loire Valley!

2015 Illahe Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir
Willamette Valley, Oregon
Grape Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Designation: Organic, Sustainable, LIVE – certified and Salmon Safe.
Notes: Aromas of blueberry, red fruits, licorice fern, with light char and vanilla clove. The perceivable fruit develops into a round mid-palate, smooth tannins, and notes of rose petal. This pinot is well balanced, clarified by racking (no fining or filtering), maintaining a layering mouth feel and acidity. The finish lingers with elegant persistence. A domestic Pinot Noir that all others should be judged against!
Drink if you enjoy: Elegant, New World Pinot Noir!
