This Public Finance & Contracts team negotiates, drafts, edits, and reviews financing documents in complex, multiparty transactions; prepares and communicates advice through memoranda, opinion letters, and emails; represents clients at authority, board, commission, and committee meetings; and drafts and reviews public-finance-related legislation. Attorneys also provide legal advice to other Department of Justice units, especially on the topics of procurement, contracts, and related transactional matters.
