Who Are We?
The West Philadelphia P romise Neighborhood is a U.S. Department of Education funded grant to support "cradle-to-career" opportunities for children living or going to school in Belmont, East Parkside, Mantua, Mill Creek, Powelton Village, and West Powelton / Saunders Park. The program seeks to improve education, health, and economic success for children, their families and the community.

Volunteers Needed for Philly MASK ON! Project
The MASK ON! Philly Project to sew face masks for those in need is growing!

We need volunteers to help us sew masks, cut fabric, and drop off the masks to our distribution partners. Donations of fabric, mask making materials, and funds are greatly appreciated. Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnership:
Join us this summer from your home for Dance at the Dornsife Center . Dance classes for teenagers and adults include Hip Hop, Umfundalai (African Dance), Embodied Freedom, Jazz, and Latin Infusion.  Contact Ama Gora at ag3866@drexel.edu  to sign up and for more information.
The Andy and Gwen Stern Community Lawyering Clinic will begin hosting  weekly virtual office hours for FREE legal services every Monday and Wednesday starting on Wednesday, July 1st from 10 am to 1 pm.  You can log-in to Zoom or dial-in over the telephone phone to speak with the Staff Attorney Rodlena Sales.
