Free Virtual Classes &  Wellness Resources

Starting this Monday, your favorite free weekly classes will be streamed live on  Zoom  as a way to stay connected with the communities you've built. Please see the flyer at the bottom of this newsletter for the full schedule and register on MINDBODY  for classes. There will be no late cancellation or no-show fees for virtual classes. Please note that Zoom is a video conference tool so you will be asked to join via camera - please change your preferences if you'd prefer not to use the video function.

Virtual Yoga Classes

We will be offering multiple live yoga classes throughout the week. Thursday will focus on Restorative Yoga, which includes passive stretching and holding yoga poses for longer periods of time. Saturday mornings will be "Yoga & Mimosas" so feel free to cheers to the weekend with us as we flow. For all classes, p lease have a comfortable but firm surface like a yoga mat, blanket or carpet.

Virtual Kick@55 Bootcamp

Got a lot of pent up energy these days? You're not alone! Our usual Tuesday and Wednesday night Kick@55 Fitness classes have gone virtual! Join us on Zoom as the Kick@55 team streams live from their studio and brings us a killer workout in the comfort of our own homes. Exercises will be mostly bodyweight with the option to add weights if you have them.

Sunday Night Meditation

As we adjust to our new normal, it can be overwhelming to close out each weekend and enter another work week. Join us every Sunday night for a 30 minute meditation focused on getting you centered and prepared for the week ahead. As with yoga, please have a comfortable but firm surface like a yoga mat, blanket or carpet.
