Re-Enrollment & Tuition Letter

This afternoon we sent out our 2025-26 re-enrollment email via TADS, detailing instructions to re-enroll for next school year as well as updated tuition information. This is the time where you’ll ensure that your enrolled child(ren) will be back next year at Saint Agnes for school.

Father Ubel and I have composed a tuition letter that includes pertinent information concerning tuition for the 2025-26 school year. Please find the tuition letter linked below; a physical copy will also be mailed to your homes this week.

As is stated in the tuition letter, please be aware the school has a significant number of applications for 2025-26 for almost full, or already full classes. It is imperative to work within the timeline stated in your email to re-enroll your children to ensure that they keep their seats in our classrooms. Families that re-enroll after the stated dates risk losing their seats and landing on a waiting list. Please call the Admissions Office (651) 925-8803 with any questions regarding this process.

Saint Agnes Exodus90

The Saint Agnes Exodus90 mens group will be starting up again this month for all men associated with Saint Agnes. The intention of this group is to gather as group of men who are intent on strengthening their relationship with Jesus through prayer, fasting, and ascetic practices. In short this is group for “recovering Catholics”. This accountability program starts up 90 days before Easter (Lent on Steroids) and helps in the effort to release ourselves from the slavery of the convenience of our modern world (slavery), to true freedom in strengthening our ability to say no to this world and yes to Christ (The Promised Land). We meet every Friday morning at 5:30am in Schuler Hall (Saint Agnes church basement) followed by an optional 6:30am mass in the chapel. If you have any questions and/or interest please reach out to Mr. Joseph Olson at 651-925-8803 or email at jolson@saintagnesschool.org.

If you plan to officially participate in this group, please fill out the RSVP form so we can properly plan out the groups. We will also be assigning everyone an “anchor” or accountability partner and will likely host a social event to get to know one another. Call Mr. Olson if you have any questions.

Join us for a trial meeting at any time. We meet every Friday at 5:30AM in Schuler hall throughout the year.

Saint Agnes Craft Club

The 4-12 grade girls Craft Club is looking for a few parent volunteers who would be willing to help prep the craft supplies for new projects. This would entail a few hours of work and could be done at home. We are also looking for donations for some future projects. If you have cotton fabric, embroidery floss, yarn, crochet hooks, or knitting needs collecting dust at your house we would love to put it to good use! Contact Sr. Incarnata if you are interested in helping prep materials or donating old supplies.

Semester One K-12 Report Cards – Now Available

K-12 Report Cards are now available online in Educate - you may view, download, and print them from the system (you also have access to all older reports as well).  Reminder – we do not print and distribute Sem 1 Report Cards; Sem 2 will come home in the mail at the end of the year in June in addition to availability in Educate online.

If you have trouble logging into Educate, please contact the Main Office (651-925-8700) or try the “Forgot password?” link on the Educate login page: https://educate.tads.com/educate/forgot_password.cfm

We'll publish the Honor Roll for Sem 1 soon as well; look for it in an upcoming school newsletter. Please contact Dr. Michael Adkins if you have any questions on Report Cards.

Thank you again for partnering with us and entrusting Saint Agnes School with the education and formation of your student(s)!   Questions on grades or specific subjects/classes; please contact teachers directly. Questions on Report Cards: please contact Dr. Michael Adkins, Dean of Academics.
