Fall Conferences and No School – Friday, October 24th

 

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th. The schedule is as follows:

 

October 23rd:

Lower School

3:30-7:30PM: In-Person or Phone Conferences (sign up required)

 Reminder: There is no CASA after school.

 

Upper School

3:30-7:30PM: In-Person Conferences (Walk-in only)

 Reminder: There is no Junior High After School Supervision.


 

October 24th:

Upper and Lower School

9:00AM-2:30PM: In-Person or Phone Conferences (sign up required)

Reminder: There is no school this day.

Teacher Appreciation Committee Conference Meals


October means Fall Conferences! The Teacher Appreciation Committee is hosting dinner and a light breakfast for our teachers during conferences Thursday October 23 and Friday October 24 .

Many hands make light work! Our dinner theme will once again be Fall Soup/Salad/Sandwich. The teachers look forward to this body-and-soul-nourishing meal every year! Thank you in advance for your contribution.

Our Town Tickets Now Available for Purchase


The Saint Agnes School Drama Club is proud to present  Our Town, the first full-length play Saint Agnes has produced since 1987. 


Performances will be November 7th, 8th, and 9th. Online ticket sales will begin in early October.

It might be the final performance of Our Town on Sunday, November 9th 😥 but GUESS WHAT?!?! 😱 We're announcing the Spring Musical after the show! 🫨 🤯

Sound of Music DVDs Available for Purchase

 

Last spring's production of the Sound of Music is available on DVD in the Main Office! DVDs are $12.00 each. With the purchase of the Sound of Music, you can also get a free copy of Meet Me in St. Louis (while supplies last).

Militia Immaculata Club Seeking Copies of 33 Days to Morning Glory


The Militia Immaculata Club is looking for any copies of Fr. Michael Gaitley’s book 33 Days to Morning Glory that you would be willing to part with. Our Marian Consecration is starting on November 6th, and we would love to utilize any gently used copies of this book. If you’d like to give your book to our Militia Immaculata Club, please send them to school with your child and have them delivered to Mr. Broszko.

Football and Volleyball Playoff Tickets

 

Football will travel to Saint Croix Lutheran Tuesday, October 21. Game time is 6PM. Volleyball will host a yet-to-be-determined team on Thursday, October 23 at 7PM. There is a possibility that game time may change to 6PM. Please check our athletic calendar at saintagnesaggies.org for updates.

 

These are MSHSL events and tickets must be purchased from the Region 4A MSHSL Box Office.

Winter and Spring Sports Registration is Now Open

 

Please make note of the winter sports registration deadlines. Registering on time allows us to determine the number of teams and coaches we need at each level.

Having Registration Problems?

 

A handful of parents are experiencing trouble with registration. If you are having trouble, please call Arbiter Support at 800-311-4060. Press #4 and you will be directed to a specialist that can help fix the problem. The wait typically is 5 minutes or less. Arbiter has been experiencing problems nationwide, so they are working on fixing the issue.
