There is no school on Wednesday, November 27th, Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th.
The Main Office will be open limited hours on November 27th, 8AM – 2PM, and closed on the 28th and 29th.

Advent Morning of Reflection for Women | 12/14
Women of the parish and school are invited to join the Dominican Sisters for an Advent morning of reflection on Saturday, December 14th. The morning will begin with optional Mass at 8:00 am in St. Agnes lower church, followed by fellowship at 8:45 in Schuler hall, talks, adoration, and confession, concluding at noon. Kitchen Help Needed
Aggie families: There will be some very part time positions available in our school kitchen! Available days are anywhere from 1-3 days a week. The kitchen is a fun, energetic part of the school where you get to work with a great team AND meet the students in the school. This job is physical and fast paced. It does required anticipation of needs of our customers (students and staff) as well as the patience of a SAINT!

Dual Enrollment: Round 2 (DUE: Thurs., Dec. 5)
The second and final round of Dual Enrollment registration has opened. High school students and families were both separately sent an email November 8 with all of the information on Dual Enrollment (Dual Enrollment applies only to grades 9-12). This final round is for qualifying Semester 2 and full-year courses. Cost is $115 per course (awards 3 college credits). Dual Enrollment is an amazing and cost-effective investment toward college/university enrollment. Questions? Please contact Director of Academics, Dr. Michael Adkins.

Father-Daughter Dance
The Father-Daughter Dance is scheduled for Saturday, February 1st, 2025. This event invites young ladies in grades 9 through 12 to attend an Urban Country Chic themed dance with their dad (or grandfather, godfather or other male role model), which includes expert dance instruction, desserts, and photos. Mother-Son Event
The Mother-Son Event will tentatively be held in Winter 2025. This event was resurrected last year, and planning is again underway! We are looking for some new volunteers to keep this important event going. Please contact Mrs. Becca DeMarais for more information and to volunteer.

Senior Party
The Senior Party immediately follows the graduation events on Friday, May 30, 2025 and invites the senior class to celebrate together on their graduation night at a lock-in at Base Camp. This event is filled with great activities, entertainment, food, and prizes. Join the planning in the spring, led by Tina Graner.

2025-2026 Student Travel
Our Saint Agnes high school student body will have many opportunities for travel in the 2025-2026 school year! The following trips are in various stages of development:
- UK Tour with Dr. Pawl (June 2026)
- Costa Rica with the Spanish Department (June 2026)
- Info Meeting Thursday, November 21, 6:30pm in Rm. 369
- Florida Spring Training (Baseball Team) with Coach Streitz (Spring Break 2026)
- HS Concert Band trip with Mr. Truran (Location and Timing TBD)
Be on the lookout for informational meetings for each trip from the trip organizers. As your family contemplates travel for your student(s), please keep in mind that we are also planning for a Rome Pilgrimage for HS students in the 2026-27 school year.

June 2026 Trip to Costa Rica
The Spanish Department is excited to announce an unforgettable trip in June 2026 to COSTA RICA! Costa Rica is a vibrant paradise, a hidden gem in Central America, brimming with lush landscapes and an extraordinary array of wildlife. As we experience the beauty of creation and Costa Rican culture we will adventure to volcanos, zipline through the rainforest, learn to make a traditional meal, dip into natural hot springs, paint an ox cart in Sarchí, white water raft, take part in a folklore evening, kayak, and more. This trip is open to all high school students (Classes of 2026-29).

Aggies Participate in Honor Band
Saint Agnes has had several band students participate in college honor bands this fall. Students from across the state rehearsed and performed a concert directed by guest composers and college professors. Here are the names of the students:

12/13 Junior High Game Afternoon
Junior High students are invited to attend a fun afternoon sponsored by the Junior High Student Council. Students are welcome to bring board games to play in the Commons, and there will be other activities taking place in Bandas. The event starts after school at 3:00PM and ends at 5:00PM. Please pick up your children promptly after the event. The cost is $1 for students who choose to bring snacks to share and $3 for students who do not bring snacks. The money earned will be used to offset future events sponsored by the Junior High Student Council.
