UPDATED 2026-27 School Calendar

Since publication last week, we have fixed one error on the published calendar and also made one adjustment. The adjustment is that the March teacher workshop day has been moved to Friday, March 12. This current version of the calendar is intended simply to communicate the days when school is in session and the dates of breaks and holidays. As usual, you can expect a more robust calendar to be shared both digitally and in our Summer Mailing with additional information about half-days, parent-teacher conferences, and other important events. If you have questions about the calendar, please feel free to contact Mr. Karl Hendrickson, Assistant Headmaster.

Summer Series 2026 Registration Now Open!

We are excited to again offer fun and educational programs for Aggies of all ages this summer at Saint Agnes! Familiar favorites like vacation bible school, sports camps, and theatre class will be back for another year along with new opportunities for Latin classes, musical theatre for Upper School, a mother/daughter rosary making evening, and a class about rockets for Lower School.

Vacation Bible School needs adults to help monitor the students this summer. VBS will run from June 15th - 19th.  It is ok if you can't make it to all the days, even one or two would be a great help (up to date VIRTUS/E3 required). Winter High School Sports Survey

Parents,

As we wrap up another winter sports season, we are always looking for ways to continue strengthening and improving our athletic programs. One of the most valuable ways we can do that is by hearing directly from the families who support our student-athletes.

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete a short Winter Sports Parent Survey. Your feedback will help us better understand what is working well in our programs and where there may be opportunities for improvement. The insights you provide will help guide future decisions as we strive to provide a positive and meaningful athletic experience for all our students.

Please use the link below to access the survey. Deadline is Friday March 20.

Spring Tennis Club

Does your child have interest in playing club tennis this spring? It would be open to grades 5-8* girls and boys from beginners to advanced players. Children from grades below 5th who currently play tennis may be allowed to join on a case-by-case basis. If we have enough interest, we will meet once or twice a week right after school either at West Mini or Johnson Pkwy courts from April through May.

Please contact Curt Chandler at curtchandler@comcast.net if interested. * Girls who played last Fall are not eligible to play due to MSHSL rules.
