Now that Washington state has reopened under the Washington Ready plan, all industry sectors previously covered by the Roadmap to Recovery or the Safe Start plan (with the limited exceptions noted below for large indoor events) have returned to usual capacity and operations.

Optimism among small business owners has improved despite the labor shortage and inflation, a survey by the National Federation of Independent Business found. Optimism ticked upward from May levels and businesses reported that in June they hired the most workers they had in 10 months. Full Story: Reuters 
The Small Business Administration has formally notified lenders it is no longer requiring the Loan Necessity Questionnaire to be submitted with forgiveness applications for Paycheck Protection Program loans of $2 million or more.
