Tuesday, August 19

Meet My Teacher (Preschool – Grade 1)

Meet My Teacher for PreK, Kindergarten, and 1^st grade families will be Tuesday, August 19^th from 3:30-5:00pm. Meet My Teacher provides students and parents the opportunity to see the classroom, meet teachers, drop off school supplies and paperwork, and prepare for a successful first day! 

Supply Drop Off (Grades 2-6)

Supply Drop Off for Grades 2-6 will be Tuesday, August 19th from 3:30-5:00pm. Supply Drop Off provides an opportunity for parents to meet their student's teacher and drop off their supplies before the first day of school. You are welcome to bring your child to drop off the supplies if they are eager to meet their teacher before the first day of school, but this event will focus mainly on dropping off supplies to prepare for a successful first day of school. 

Beer & Brats Back to School Parent Social 

All current Aggie Parents are invited for beer and brats on Tuesday, August 19^thfrom 5:00-7:00pm in the UAC Commons. Parents will have the opportunity to reconnect after summer break and welcome new Aggie parents to our community.

Wednesday, August 20

Upper School Orientation for ALL New/Transfer Students and ALL 7th Grade Students

This special orientation event is for students who are new to the Upper School at Saint Agnes. This includes: ALL 7^th Grade students and any other students transferring into the school in grades 8-12. Orientation will take place from 10:00am-12:30pm. Students should be in full uniform and are

encouraged to bring school supplies to put into their lockers.

Thursday, August 21

First Day of School (Grades PreK-12)

The first day of school for Grades PreK-12 will be Thursday, August 21. This day is a split-half day for the Lower and Upper Schools. Please note that no lunch will be served this day. Please see below for important information for each grade on the first day/week of school:

Lower School (PreK-6) – 7:55am-11:00am

All PreK-6 students report to their homerooms at 7:55am and will be dismissed at 11:00am. *No After School Care provided. All Preschool and Kindergarten students will also attend a half day 7:55-11:00am on Friday, August 22. Students in 1^st through 6^th grade will dismiss at 2:45pm starting Friday, August 22. 

Upper School (7-12) – 12:00pm-2:45pm

All 7-12 grade students can pick up schedules and will report to the Auditorium at noon, participate in a welcome assembly, and then progress through their seven class periods. Dismissal will be at 2:45pm. Upper School will report at 7:55am for their first full day on Friday, August 22.

Back to School – Brats and Beer Parent Social Tuesday, August 19^th 5-7PM

Campus Cleanup with Fr. Ubel!

Many hands make light work! Join us this Saturday, August 16th at 9AM outside Schuler Hall to weed around the parish and school campus. Bring garden gloves, weed pullers, and whatever is most helpful. We’ll provide the trash cans and bags, and donuts and we’ll go to town!

Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 8/15

The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is Friday, August 15th. This IS a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses at the Church of Saint Agnes will be celebrated in the Upper Church as follows:

Picture Day Volunteers Needed

Picture Day is August 27th and volunteers are needed to make the day go smoothly. Please reach out to Miss Koenig in the Main Office if you are able to volunteer for part of the day. Lifetouch picture package coupons are provided to those who volunteer.

Volunteering at Saint Agnes

We are grateful for our generous parent volunteers, as the true cost of education at Saint Agnes exceeds tuition and relies on everyone’s support of their time and talents. Volunteer opportunities are now listed on our website, where you can fill out an interest form. Please note that volunteers working with youth must complete the Archdiocese Essential Three (E3) Safe Environment requirements. Fall Sports Registration is OPEN

Welcome to our new registration process!  A NEW account must be created by all who register, even if you have previously registered your students for sports. Registration is to be completed by a parent and student. Link is furnished below. After creating your NEW account, register each student for the sport they wish to participate in. If you have problems creating a new account, contact Mr. Streitz in the athletic office. 

All athletes in grades 9-12 must have a current sports physical exam on file in the school office to participate in practices. Physicals are current for 3 years from the date of the last exam. We are in the process of importing the physicals on file from the old registration site. Not having the physical will not prohibit you from registering, however, you must provide a physical date in order to proceed with the registration.
