Casa de Castillo family members have been a part of Texas for over eighty years. Since the 1922 Texas Cafe, Old Mexico recipes combined with tangy Texas style cooking have developed over the years into a Tex-Mex brand of Mexican food to suit the tastes of loyal fans. The restaurant's legacy in great dining is now under the ownership of grandsons, Antonio III and Richard Castillo.
