We encourage parish staff to participate in The Well-Run Parish, a three-part webinar series hosted by eCatholic in partnership with the Church Management Program at The Catholic University of America. The series explores strategies for managing digital ministry effectively and aligning parish operations with mission-driven goals.
The first two sessions are available to watch on demand and cover What Disorganized Ministry Is Costing Parishes and Mission That’s Built to Last & Why.
The final session, Metrics That Matter, will be held live on October 20th at 10:00 a.m. CST. Parish staff are encouraged to register and take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their approach to digital ministry.
