Hell's Kitchen - The Musical
March 24 thru April 4, 2026 @ 7:30PM
| | |
Welcome to Hell's Kitchen, Broadway's hit musical from Alicia Keys—inspired by her life, her music, and her community. Your journey begins with Ali, a 17-year-old girl full of fire, searching for freedom, passion, and her place in the world.
Along the way, you'll meet the musical mentor who changes her life, her dynamic family, and the neighborhood that helps her grow.
Relatable, raw, and refreshingly fun, it's a celebration of finding yourself, your purpose, and the people who lift you up. More than watching a performance, this experience pulls you out of your seat and has you buzzing when you leave, wondering who to tell about it first.
The music—a mix of Keys' classics and new songs written exclusively for the show—is brought to life through exhilarating choreography. It's a soundtrack of rebellion, life, and love that speaks to you no matter where you're from, where you've been, or where you're going.
Come experience where dreams begin: HELL'S KITCHEN.

Meet a Manatee
Welcome to the Manatee Capital of The World! Let an experienced guide take you through the crystal clear waters of our local springs where you can swim alongside these gentle giants!
| | |
Nowhere else will you find more manatees than here in Crystal River, Homosassa, and the waters of Florida’s Citrus County. Each winter between 500 and 1000 manatees are drawn here by three first magnitude spring systems, each with a constant temperature of 72° to 74° F (23° C). It is the most important natural warm water refuge for manatees along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Even in the warm summer months, up to 100 manatees remain here all year.
It’s also one of only a few places in the world where you can have an the in-water experience of swimming with manatees in their own natural environment. It’s a privilege and responsibility we take seriously and our in-water guides are trained to make sure we and you treat this beloved threatened species with the utmost care and respect. All swimmers on manatee tours learn their “Manatee Manners” before ever getting in the water.

Chances of a Fed Rate Cut Fades | |
WASHINGTON — The jump in gas prices stemming from the war in Iran has had another impact that may also affect many Americans' finances: Higher interest rates.
Longer-term interest rates have risen quickly since the war began Feb. 28, pushing up the cost of mortgage loans, auto loans and business borrowing. And with inflation measures likely to rise in the coming months, the prospect of interest rate cuts this year by the Federal Reserve is fading. Wall Street investors instead see the odds rising of an actual rate hike instead.
The fact that a rate hike has become a plausible scenario – even as most economists still see it as unlikely – represents a sharp turnaround from early this year, when the debate was more focused on how many times the Fed would reduce its key rate, rather than whether it would do so at all.

| | DeSantis Signs Coastline Protection Bill | | |
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Building along the water’s edge comes with consequences as the sea rises, and for decades the first line of defense against flooding has been concrete seawalls.
Now, the state is leaning into another approach: “living shorelines” such as mangrove forests, oyster reef restoration and hybrid options like 3D-printed walls.
Gov. DeSantis signed a bill into law Thursday that will make obtaining a permit for nature-based solutions easier as well as help fund them.
The law, which will take effect July 1, calls for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to create a permitting process for installing living shorelines that will have a faster application review.
The law also stipulates the DEP should incentivize new technology, like 3D-printed sea walls that are designed to mimic nature and give coral and algae surfaces to latch on to while creating a home for fish and crabs.

| | Court Decision on FinCEN Real Estate Rule | | |
WASHINGTON — On March 19, 2026, a federal district court in Texas vacated the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's (FinCEN) Residential Real Estate Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) Rule, holding that the agency exceeded its statutory authority under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). As a result, the rule has been set aside. FinCEN posted a statement noting, “In light of a federal court decision, reporting persons are not currently required to file real estate reports with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force.”
Neither the Department of Justice (DOJ) nor FinCEN has yet indicated whether there is a plan to appeal the ruling. DOJ may also seek a stay of the decision if they choose to appeal, which could reinstate compliance obligations until an appellate court rules.
