Class of 2028

Congratulations to the Class of 2028 (current 8th graders) who received Acceptance Packets this past Friday. Welcome future Lancers. The placement test is coming up on Saturday, February 3rd. It will be administered here at St. Pius X.

Blood Drive - February 7, 2024

Your student will have the opportunity this week to sign up for our next blood drive. What is more YOU can put on your calendar to come to PIUS on Wed Feb 7 sometime between 9 and 1 to give blood yourself. The blood drive is open to family and friends of St. Pius X.

Application window opens on February 1st

If your student came from a public school (in the past 12 months) or is on a learning profile, please fill out the Mo Scholars pre qualification survey on February 1st. You may be eligible for a significant tuition scholarship of $6,375. Please click the link below for more information and to see if your student may qualify.

Archdiocese of St. Louis - Scholarships

Application Open - Apply Early - Deadline is February 28th

Beyond Sunday/Catholic Family Tuition Assistance (CFTA)/Parish Employee Endowment Fund (PEEF)

The Archdiocese of St. Louis’ scholarship application closes on February 28th. Apply at http://www.ttef-stl.org/scholarships. Only completed applications that have all supporting documents submitted by February 28th are considered. Apply now, priority may be given to early applications!

St. Pius X - Financial Aid

Note: If you are applying for St. Pius X financial aid, you should also be applying for assistance through the Archdiocese.

Log in or if you are a new user, create a new account. The application is located under the Grant in Aid tab. Applications should be completed by February 23rd.

Campus Ministry Corner

Cardinal Glennon Guild Drive

St. Pius X High School Students for Life group in conjunction with the Cardinal Glennon Guild members, will be collecting NEW books for children ages 1 yr- 18 yr books, ie: board books to teenager books and activity kits, ie: bracelet making, beading, legos, painting kits, etc. This drive will take place during Medieval Week January 28 - February 3rd. It will be a house competition to see who brings in the most items. These items will be donated to Cardinal Glennon to give children in the hospital and their families HOPE, during a hard time in their life.

Charles R. Cross Scholarship

The Charles R. Cross Memorial Scholarship is available to any high school senior graduating from Hillsboro High School, St. Pius X High School, a High School in Bullhead City, Arizona, or children or grandchildren of any current Dieb Enterprises employee. The scholarship is sponsored by the Charles R. Cross family and Dieb Enterprises, Inc. Dieb Enterprises, Inc. is a local business owned and operated by the family of Charles R. Cross who was a longtime resident of the Hillsboro area and graduate of Hillsboro High School. Although Charles, his wife Ruth and their two daughters, Debra and Diane graduated from Hillsboro High School, family members have graduated from other high schools that have important connections. Charles and his wife Ruth always assisted young individuals in attaining their dreams and helping them to develop strong careers. They were forever sharing their good fortune to make the lives of others a little easier. Their family has continued support of their local communities and in providing assistance to students who have worked hard to achieve their goals. Although the family resides in various communities, they are still a close family unit that want to continue to support young individuals through financial assistance. The Charles R. Cross Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,500.00 will be awarded to the recipient on a one-time basis during graduation award programs. The family awards a minimum of three scholarships each year.
