U.S. House Office of Diversity & Inclusion Dissolved
Since March 2020, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion [ODI] has had the privilege of helping to create and cultivate a congressional workforce that is reflective of the American people at the U.S. House of Representatives. LIV Career Services has consistently referred many of our clients interested in a career on the Hill to ODI where they were met with quality insight and guidance.
However, effective March 22, 2024, ODI was dissolved as part of the FY2024 Legislative Branch Appropriations Bill and therefore will no longer be in operation.
We are truly saddened and disappointed to hear this news. We thank Dr. Sesha Joi Moon, PhD for her leadership throughout the years and stand ready to support increased diversity of Hill
Staffers in both the House and Senate.
