CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT – Must Read for Members

The Corporate Transparency Act is a federal law that may apply to your organization. It

has reporting requirements for applicable organizations. Yours may be included. Some

of you have heard of the law but some of you may not be aware of it. We are providing

some information regarding the law in the document you can find below. We

STRONGLY encourage all of our member organizations to review the information

provided and discuss with your legal advisors. Do not ask USASA for legal advice regarding the application of the law to your organization.

2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SCHEDULE

Note for travel planning: The 2025 Publix Atlanta Marathon is on Sunday, March 2. Please take note of any downtown street closures (maps and street closure schedules will be available at the link above) that may impact your travel to the airport on Sunday.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

DIRECTOR AT-LARGE VACANCY:

The National Board of Directors has a vacancy for one of the Director At-Large seats. This is the seat previously occupied by President Jim Sadowski. It was determined at the October board meeting that an election would be held for this seat at the U.S. Soccer AGM in February. Candidates must declare their intention to run for this seat NO LATER THAN January 29, 2025. MEMBERSHIP FEE:

2025 Annual Membership fee must be received to the USASA office no later than Wednesday, JANUARY 31, 2025.
