COI's:
A reminder, that Certificates of Insurance for use in 2025 cannot yet be issued. Once our policy renewal takes effect, COIs for 2025 can be issued. That should occur early in December. We will inform membership when 2025 COI's are available.
PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE:
This is an update regarding the request from US Soccer for proof of liability insurance.
- We have confirmed that the submission of the required information from USASA will satisfy the reporting requirement for all state associations and member leagues.
- You do not need to send proof of liability insurance for your state association or member league.
DIRECTOR AT-LARGE VACANCY:
The National Board of Directors has a vacancy for one of the Director At-Large seats. This is the seat previously occupied by President Jim Sadowski. It was determined at the October board meeting that an election would be held for this seat at the U.S. Soccer AGM in February. Candidates must declare their intention to run for this seat NO LATER THAN January 29, 2025. MEMBERSHIP FEE:
2025 Annual Membership fee must be received to the USASA office no later than Wednesday, JANUARY 31, 2025.
