R egistration packets went home this week. We are trying automatic re-enrollment this year for returning families. If we don’t hear from you, your child will be automatically re-enrolled for next school year.
 
Our annual school auction is fast approaching. Remember to buy your tickets. It is a great opportunity to support our school along with a fun and entertaining evening.
 
We are inviting boys from 3 rd - 7 th  grade to consider being an altar server. Father Brian will be visiting the classrooms to discuss the joys of serving. Training will be held during school hours. (email office@stmikes22003.org)
 
We are also inviting all students from grades 3 and above to join the 5:00 pm Choir at Mass this Saturday, February 15 th . Students in attendance will receive a dress down day pass. Please sign up on Signup Genius Link below.

The virtue for the month of February is Meekness. 3rd grade did a fabulous job in giving us examples of what practicing meekness looks like.
 
Please make sure that students are adhering to the school uniform policy.

FACTS Tuition Assistance

Applications will be completed electronically online at:

Deadline: for elementary school March 18, 2020
(if you have a high schooler and an elementary schooler deadline was January 10th)

No assistance will be given without completed FACTS application.
You must submit financial aid assessment application and all supporting tax documentation by due date.

Registration Papers were sent home in your child's Wednesday folder.
This year we are simplifying the re-enrollment process by implementing automatic re-enrollement.

If you are NOT returning please email Mrs. Carlstrom and Mrs. Kennedy at office@stmikes22003.org by March 12, 2020

All children will be automatically re-enrolled on March 12, 2020 and FACTS accounts will be charged $100 per student on March 18, 2020.
The remainder of the registration fee will be charged on July 20, 2020. Tuition payments will begin on August 20, 2020.

BAND and CHOIR Festival in the Park

The Saint Michael School Band and Choir trip this year is to Busch Gardens on May 8, 2020. All Band and Choir members are invited to attend this festival.
The cost of the trip for each student is $150. The cost for chaperones is $80.

Your 2nd payment is due NOW. Please send your payment in an envelope marked "Band Trip" with your child's name to the school office.

First Aid & CPR Training

First Aid - $10. 6:30-7:30pm
Learn when to go to Urgent Care vs ER, proper use of Epipen , choking, recognizing a sprain vs. fracture, and head injuries - just to name a few!

CPR Basic Course - $35 - 7:30-8:30pm
(**This is NOT a certification course)
Learn how to properly perform CPR on infant thru puberty age children.
We will practice skills on mannequins, as well as, get hands on
experience with AED.

We have been asked to have our students join the Church Youth Choir Saturday, February 15th at the 5:00pm Mass.
You will meet in the Church Choir Loft at 3:30pm, attend and sing at the 5:00pm Mass.
