DIVISION SPOTLIGHT
PARKS, GROUNDS, & FACILITIES TEAM

The BPRYCS parks crew has been hard at work making sure Bristol residents can make use of the sidewalks and park roads! Starting early and keeping a close eye on accumulation is key to clearing multiple inches of snow quickly.

Kudos to the parks team for working through the night and ensuring our residents can spend their snowy days outside.

The parks crew is already preparing for the next snowfall - stay safe!
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
SNOWMAN KITS

February has been full of snow so far, have you hit the parks for a fun snow day?

In addition to sledding, BPRYCS put out bird-friendly snowman kits last week! Kits included grapes for eyes, pretzels for buttons and of course a carrot nose!

If you haven't spent a snow day in the park, why not visit one of our popular sledding hills at Page Park or Nelson Field! Grab your friends and hang on to your hats! See who can race down the hill first – winner gets his or her sled carried back up the hill by the other racers!
