Arrival of a Baby Grand Piano!

I am excited to share that the McFatters, the family of three Thacher alumni graduates, have donated their Baby Grand Piano to our school. This donation is in gratitude for the positive impact that Thacher Montessori School has made in their lives.

Thacher Family Network

Paint & Sip | Saturday, 2/4, 4-7pm

Join Thacher parents for a Paint Night at Modern Party Art on Saturday, February 4th, from 4-7 pm. Leave the kids at home for an early evening getting artistic and socializing with other Thacher parents.

Each $35 ticket includes an 11x14 stretched canvas, all art materials, music, & instruction. It is a BYOB event - bring your favorite wine or beer. TFN will provide snacks and desserts. Non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on-site.

February Break Art Camp

If you are looking for something for your child to do during February Vacation, look no further! Sign them up for one day or all the days. Registration is required.

Me, Myself, and Eye

Free five-day Art Intensive for Grade 7 and 8 students at South Shore Art Center. Includes a trip to ICA. Registration is required.

Class Parents

Visit the Thacher Family Network page on the school website for a complete list of Class Parents. Class parents facilitate communications within their class community, meet with other parents to share ideas, and support parent initiatives.

Hike in the Blue Hills with the Adults

Please join us for an adult hike in the Blue Hills every other Wednesday. Meet in the parking lot across from school after drop off around 8:40 am.

Head over to Houghton's Pond after school on Fridays to let your kids run and play. See you there!
