Please note that annual physical forms must not be older than one year. If you have not already done so, please forward your child(s) physical form to Nurse Carolynn if the one you provided previously has expired.

A copy of the student's physical will need to be up to date before attending Thacher's summer program and before returning to school in September. Thank you.

Summer at Thacher - Registration Now Open

Thacher is offering full-day Summer Programs and Aftercare for Toddlers through Adolescents. The exciting Summer Program is open exclusively to Thacher students enrolled in the 2022/23 school year.

Earth Day
Friday, April 22, is the 52nd anniversary of Earth Day. This year the official theme is Invest in our Planet.

Ways that you can invest in the Planet at home are:
  • Have labeled recycling bins inside and outside your home to ensure materials are in the right place.
  • Organize a neighborhood clean-up with friends and neighbors.
  • Start a garden.
  • Take a family bike ride.
  • Make a bird feeder.
  • Create a compost bin/pile.

Flag Football

Afterschool Sports returns to Thacher! Thirty students have been under the tutelage of Coach Tom, assisted by Brian Kaehler and Renay Bane. Students have embraced the Hawk Spirit over the first four sessions and have been drafted to four football teams practicing and competing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The four teams are the New England Patriots, Los Angeles Chargers, University of Virginia Cavaliers, and Boston College Eagles.

There has been an incredible amount of positive energy and growth over the past two weeks, and we look forward to evolving as teammates and competitors for the remaining four weeks of the season. GO HAWKS!

Special thanks to the graduating class of 2020 for creating and marketing our Thacher Hawks logo. Their legacy lives on in our mascot!
