Please do not park in the parking lot during dismissal. Instead, wait in the designated dismissal line along the edge of the lot, and pull up to the curb to load your child(ren). Parking and walking across the parking lot presents a safety issue for the children and staff, and for families trying to navigate our small parking lot.

Thacher is exploring offering a summer academic program for current Thacher students rising from CH to LE and first and second-year students already in LE. Taught by Bridget McConville, the goal of the program is to provide a fun-filled exploration in all subject areas. Three days a week, classes are designed to support the child's full potential at the Lower Elementary level. We'll include several breaks outside on the playground for free play.

Please let us know if you are interested by completing this survey by April 27. Fees will be in line with other summer program offerings and determined by student enrollment. The number of students is limited. We will notify interested families of the survey results by April 30.

Please remember to notify nurse Carolynn Moore if you are planning to travel out of state during the upcoming April break.

Even though state travel guidelines have relaxed, Thacher is still adhering to our protocol that requires students and staff to have a PCR test with 72 hours of returning from a high-risk (COVID-red) state.
